Could you dig into the issue a little more, please; what was on the relation data on the ceph-access relation with nova? (i.e. I'm wondering if it's miss-reporting as 'missing' rather than incomplete). Is anything else not complete in the rest of the model? Anything in the logs for the unit that might indicate a miss-step somewhere?
