Comment 10 for bug 2071780

I will deduplicate https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-ceph-fs/+bug/2074349 from this report and focus on LP: #2074349 as the priority with field-critical.

This issue as in unnecessary restart during config_changed needs to be fixed for sure, but once #2074349 lands to stable releases, it's going to be high importance instead of critical.

I'm unsubscribing ~field-critical from this report for the time being.
