Comment 2 for bug 296331

Although this is trivial to implement, I'm not sure it gains us much.

As a justification for keeping the status quo, Launchpad displays navigation at the top and bottom (although the bottom is only shown when navigation is possible, while the top is disabled - not sure about that decision).

I think that we should either:

 a) Only display the navigation at the bottom
 b) Remove the First|Previous|Next|Last navigation from the top, but leave the result counts there
