PDU link has been fixed. By the way, please note that the URL has been simplified to the following:

https://staging.certification.canonical.com/hardware/200810-1008/pdu/l3-bs5-1.enablement

The reason is that the PDU hostname might not be unique across all datacenters, so it is now contextual on the related satellite server.
