Comment 6 for bug 1329564

Hey, I'm not the expert on ceilometer<->keystone interaction, but let's try to solve this. I did some steps here http://paste.openstack.org/show/86657/ on a fresh devstack installation and it seems to work fine. Can you try to do similar steps and report the differences? Please note that `. openrc <user> <tenant>` switches environment credentials to the given user and tenant.
