Comment 5 for bug 1446333

It is similar to what I saw here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mate/+bug/1446815
Except I can get the live mode to start (sort of), because I see the initial screen to try or install, but it doesn't actually let me start trying it. I've tried several times and have not had success.
