OK, let's do some debugging.

1) Kill Cardapio
$ pkill -9 cardapio

2) Copy the attached file into /usr/lib/cardapio/docky/
$ cp ~/Downloads/DockySettingsHelper.py /usr/lib/cardapio/docky/

3) Click on the Dock icon to reload Cardapio
4) Click again on the Dock icon to show the Cardapio window

A message window should pop up. What does it say?
