It looks like /etc/ld.so.cache is missing from the Puritine container. You can try this as a temporary workaround.

(1) Log in to the device using 'adb shell' or ssh.
(2) run the command 'ldconfig -v -r ~/.cache/libertine-container/puritine/rootfs'
