Comment 4 for bug 681978

Since bugs against against the website are decided by the design, how are they notified of these? Is there a process in place to let them know there are problems? Would it be better if I used terminalogy similar to "website broke my eyesight", which is closer to a bug filed using "monitor is failing to show text"?
