A minor change to the current EC2 implementation before release, as agreed with newz just now. We should remove the "Email addresses" link in the top nav and add a "cancel" link which returns to the main account editing page (eg: "[ Add email ] or _cancel_"). This will enable us to display the email management form in an overlay in a future release.
