Bug Description
I get an 'UnknownTimeZone' error when I login to the Ubuntu wiki through the launchpad openid. My timezone is 'Asia/Kolkata' in launchpad and that's the cause of the error, I believe.
On the ubuntu wiki, I clicked on 'Login/Register' and it took me to 'Launchpad' to confirm the Sign In and I did that. After that I was shown an error page. I've attached the page too.
I don't know if it's a launchpad bug or a MoinMoin bug.

The timezone database on the wiki server needs to be updated - Asia/Kolkata was added to the Olson timezone database recently.
Alternatively, the wiki software or the openid plugin needs to be updated to cope better with unknown timezones.
