Bug Description

when i tried to login wiki.ubuntu.com it showed "unknown timezone error " and asked me to repoar a bug !!!

only if ppl could login with this timezone ... ppl here can contribute to wiki.ubuntu and ultimately to the above mentioned project

I see the traceback shows there's a unknown time zone exception thrown from the reporter's computer which is in Asia/Kolkata timezone, therefore marking it confirmed. ganesshkumar can you please attach a screenshot as well, that would just help me easily locate the problem. Thanks.
