Test Case
1. Launch the ubunt-terminal-app
2. Run a snap from the command line with the name of the command (not the full path eg hello)

Expected Result
It runs

Actual result
The command is not found because /snap/bin is not in $PATH (appended in /etc/profile.d/apps-bin-path.sh)
