I confirm this as well. Using Nexus 4 with OTA-15.04 this does't work any longer. Used to work fine with cyberghostvpn as of this instruction: http://askubuntu.com/questions/754878/how-to-setup-openvpn-provided-with-ota10-on-ubuntu-touch
password doesn't seem to be stored since it does not even try to establish the connection but fails immediately.
