I am in contact with Open Cage, after I get price info, I will talk to YC.
1) Yes, %z is included.
2) Yes, I will do this adjustment.
3) Please ignore this issue because the address value is got from my PC. It is localized on the phone.
So do you agree with the mapping rules in Comment 13?

Although the code to use Open Cage is ready, I am not sure when we the whole thing will be hammered out.
I think if this issue is urgent, we should use current patch on OSM, do you agree?
