Prerequisite:
1. The phone can play music via a car's bluetooth stereo.
2. Be in car and let the phone connect to it by bluetooth.

Reproduce:
Connect the phone to a headset via jack

What happens:
No music plays in the headset

What should happen:
The headset should play music; or I should be able to select where the music should be played.
