Yeah ! I understand your situation Kolenka. And my proposed change was a desperate one, I understand that these are not safe at all, I tried to cure the symptoms, not the actual issues.
I will try to clean and retry everything like you suggest, ASAP, but I think that will not change anything.
And now that I have a development environment, I will also try to see why the inserted id are wrong since the values differ from the actual values inserted in books and collection tables, may be it will help.
