Hi Tim,

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.

I've just reconnected my Kobo to try your suggestions. Still nothing showing in the device memory, I'm not sure why I keep thinking that might change! Tried to send a book to the Kobo, didn't work (what a surprise). Tried to call the Kobo helpdesk yesterday. Couldn't stay on hold for long enough!!

Debug mode gave me the following first error message:

I'm looking to upgrade the firmware now, but I think I already did that when it was reset?
