Add support for the 2021 Kindle Paperwhite (11th Version)

This is a request to add support for the 2021 Kindle Paperwhite (11th Version) that was recently released. It currently does not show up as a device in version 5.30.

Tested the portable beta on my machine with the new Paperwhite (regular edition, not signature) and it recognizes it properly.

Windows 11 using the portable version (installed to my Onedrive folder)

tested with gen 11 signature. Recognition is perfect.

Just tested on 11 Gen (regular edition) and works perfectly now! Thank you so much.

Downloaded calibre-5.30.0.dmg from Beta Index to update App directly on Macbook.

Also sorry about duplicate bug report. First time reporting.
