Enhancement Request: ebook-viewer: Option to save panels on exit

Bug Description

Currently, when the TOC/annotations/another panel is open when ebook-viewer is exited, it remembers that setting and keeps it next time, resizing the window if 'remember last used window size' is enabled (see bug #1884853)

An option similar to "remember last used window size" for the panels would be helpful for users who find this behaviour a little annoying.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
