Calibre 4.18 (x64), Windows 10 Home.
Have not found any settings/tweaks related to the display of the filesize in the book details, so consider any of them to be default values.
On certain book records with very small book files (it appears to be under 512 kB/5242 bytes), the displayed filesize rounds down and displays as 0.00 MB. More than once, this has caused a brief moment of panic.
If it wouldn't be much of an effort, I would suggest having files under 512 kB instead round up to 0.01 MB.
