When I convert a document, Footnotes becomes to footnotes to the document

Bug Description
I'm not able to convert a document with footnotes; I expected the footnotes apear in the same page as do in the original document, but instead of this the footnotes goes to the end of the document. I supose the problem is of configuration, but I'm not able to solve it. ¿Can you help me please?
The original document is the .dot and I tryed to convert to epub
I have Calibre 2.76 with Windows 10
