Just to clarify the previous comment: To recover from this bug, manually deleted all bzr:XXX revision properties from the SUBVERSION repository, and threw away the old BZR repository. I then created a brand new checkout of svntrunk into a clean BZR repository, and this is what we've been using since then (early June, 2010)
