I get nothing. When I run tbzrtrace.exe I get some stuff about lines missing
in that python library I mentioned and a error saying bazaar wasn't
configured properly and I should install it again.

Subject: [Bug 823590] Re: Python needed for Bazaar

The installers do include a Python, otherwise bzr would not start at
all, so there must be some other problem.

What happens when, without an external Python installed, you run 'bzr
explorer' from the command line?

** Summary changed:

- Python needed for Bazaar
+ bzr explorer won't start

Title:
  bzr explorer won't start

Status in Windows Installers for Bazaar:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This is for Windows XP SP2.
I installed bzr-2.3.1-1-setup.exe. The command line bzr commands work but
not the Explorer GUI. It does nothing. tbzrtrace.exe showed a couple of
win32api.pyd messages (sorry I didn't keep them). I then installed
bzr-2.3.4-1-setup.exe. Same thing. No Bazaar Explorer. I then installed
python 2.7.2. Explorer now works. You might want to mention Python is needed
before installing Bazaar! I assumed "Standalone" was all inclusive. I didn't
realize it didn't include Python. I guess its a matter of what your
definition of standalone is.
