Any revision in the revision ancestry of the problematic commit that has
bzr: properties (file properties or revision properties).

I'm afraid that's the only way at the moment. :-( It should be possible
to automate it using a simply subvertpy script if the revisions are in
revision properties.
Otherwise, it should be possible to use some regular expression magic.
