I get crashes as well. The trigger is always 'refresh' although sometimes the refresh is implicit. I suspect this is a duplicate of 395175.

The big thing we here here is a way of reproducing this bag consistently. The crashes I'm seeing appear to be quite random. Can you consistently reproduce the crash?
