Please document how to create "configure" from bazaar sources

Please extend README to include instructions about how to generated the "configure" script from "configure.ac", when not using a distributed tar ball (which includes "configure" already).

Should be something in line to:
1. aclocal
2. automake --add-missing --copy
3. autoconf

(apart from that it fails)

I've found the snippet in debian/rules now and refactored it into a "autoconf" target.

Please find the patch attached in the attached branch.
