You can change this manually in the page setup dialog....

As far as that goes, though, we currently default to assuming the printable
region goes to within 0.04in of the page edge. This is insane. We should
change that default to 0.25in and then people will not run into this issue
except in the rarest of cases. This would be a trivial change if we just decide
to do it instead of saying that this bug is "fixed" because the user can look
for an obscure dialog, look at the second(!) sheet in it and try to guess some
numbers that will make his page print ok.
