Use names everywhere, IDs should only be displayed on detail pages

Bug Description

The UUIDs are not appropriate for display in tables. We currently display names for some (but not all) things, and sometimes names *and* IDs. We need to be consistent, and only give the names in the list view and IDs in the detail view.

Changed project uuid to project name

    in overview page, to keep consistency in
    display views. At the moment UUID is only shown
    for Detail views, and for Project/Users tables
    in Syspanel, as there are no detail views for them.
    Also a table caption was changed from Tenant to Project Name
