I just took NME's haxe/Timer.hx and replaced the "Original haxe.Timer
class" part by the one from Std.

The flash API for Timer has methods like "start" and "reset", properties like "currentCount" and "repeatCount", these are neither implemented in js nor in cpp/neko.
This patch is incomplete, because it does not implement the properties of flash.utils.Timer
