Timer bug (NME)

The Timer class isn't compatible with Google Closure - it must be updated from haxe's original Timer class.

I just took NME's haxe/Timer.hx and replaced the "Original haxe.Timer
class" part by the one from Std.

The flash API for Timer has methods like "start" and "reset", properties like "currentCount" and "repeatCount", these are neither implemented in js nor in cpp/neko.
