Bug Description

After upgrading the cssc customization; i am getting stuck on date, have you experinced any on this matter. When you select a Year it is very slow, It takes time to go the month option then date. I tried to fix the issue of APC but still not working very well. Any idea please. I know you have tested it, I asked UDSM if they are using the response is not.

There was a problem with the date picker that was fixed in the 4.1 development code:

I am not sure if this is related to your bug or not, but can you test this?
