Implement multifile upload for ux2

I believe the dialog doesn't work for displaying this.

When utilizing the multi upload function under files within UX2 the dialog on the screen says to " select files" line 1 then on Line 2 it states " add files to the upload queue and click start button" . The dialog may help if it stated " to select files click on add files button" then on line 2 state " after selecting all the files desired click the start button". See screen shot attached.

The function does work if the dialog was clearer.

This appears to work fine, other than a separate bug I filed about the Multi Upload button appearing when it shouldn't.
