APC error in 4.1.2

I managed to replace 4.0.22 with 4.1.2 to my pc. But any button i click is inactive. I check the php5-apc is installed

what is your idea on this because even in reported forms when i click Link Option(+) it is not working
Here is the message coming in apache2_tail

Any idea i can do

The file /etc/php5/conf.d/apc.ini was corrupted to my pc. what i did was to reinstall the php5-apc. Now it is not coming with this error although the button are not working when i click confirm.
