Bug Description
dotdee is a very useful package for writing Juju Charms, thanks!
However, I do find sporadic errors can result when updating config files using the command line dotdee in a script (where you really need confirmation that something has updated) unless you disable the iwatch process it starts. dotdee appears to start one via it's Upstart job (if not started) everytime you update. Currently I copy an empty file in place of the dotdee.conf Upstart job to stop any process being launched and this has stopped sporadic errors from occurring. Therefore it would be great if you could disable the launching of the iwatch process, either via the command line when updating or perhaps in a dotdee job config so it never starts.
