This error occurs because vbox 4.1.2 is not new enough to support 3.2 kernel. I think you'll need to remove the old guest additions module and install the one that comes with precise.

In the case I was speaking of, they weren't aware of their privilege thought that privilege doesn't exist. I was merely trying to explain the concept.

We all worked at a warehouse together at the time and I was talking about privilege since I'd recently seen a white coworker basically get a slap on the wrist for something a black coworker had nearly gotten fired over. They were like, "wtf is privilege sounds like bullshit to me" and I was explaining the concept.

I love my Kurt Kinetic Rock and Roll. I have set the bushings pretty stiff so I don't "rock" left and right like the video but what I particularly like about it is there is a small amount of movement left, right, and up and down, which keeps your butt from getting as sore as it could. I have a power meter now, but previously I simply used the Virtualpower feature on trainerroad.com for power estimates (still use trainerroad, I just have a PM now).

Some groups (Hasidic Jews) choose to live apart from society, however in my experience in NYC, most immigrant groups happen to cluster together while trying to ingratiate their children in society. I can't blame a Chinese immigrant for moving to a Chinatown so they can be with others that speak their language. However if their children don't become Americans that's on the municipality's school system.

I live in a nation where nobody has their whole lives paid for by taxpayers without working, so I don't have the same thoughts about immigrants that you do in that regard. But knowing that many in the US inaccurately claim that many blacks are living large on the public dime, I bet that you greatly exaggerate the amount of immigrants not working for decades. That being said I'd love to see the stats that prove me wrong.
