Bug Description

Under Unity 5.2 (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin i386, normal unity mode - not 2d), when I open the dash and place my cursor on the applications, the background of the application name's color makes application name unidentifiable.

Since I'm using a yellowish background now, the background color is yellow, and the application name color is white.
I think the background color of app name should be changed to match the color that is shown when dash is not triggered - the grayish color.

Leaving this might prevent users to cope with light backgrounds.

Also, the application names are ''under'' what dash is showing, when dash is triggered.
Considering that people will want to read the app name when the cursor is on the application icon, the application name should be placed above the dash.

This is a huge user interface bug, and I'm looking forward to getting a quick bug fix.
Thanks for everyone reading/working on this bug.
