Quicklists and tooltips sometimes lose their blur

Bug Description
Normally, quicklists and the labels of launcher icons that appear when hovering over the icons are dark. However, they are occasionally rendered as shown in my attached screenshot. This has happened five times in under two hours of heavy quicklist use. It is not visually appealing and loses clarity due to there possibly being text below.
