Happened during re-install after upgrading; used package list generated from oneiric.

I have just split the package into -java and -java-jni, which will fix the issue in Debian. It's up-to Ubuntu whether they want to pull the fix.

(Seems like we miss something on the side of automated tests.)

This affected me doing a re-install of 12.04. Clean re-install of root partition.
