[SRU] Add Quantal to distro-info data

Q has a name. distro-info needs an update.

In natty, it's in the ubuntu-dev-tools source package.
In oneiric, it's in the distro-info source package.
In precise and beyond, the distro-info-data package.
Nice and simple, eh? :)

SRU Test:
1. ubuntu-distro-info -d --date=2012-04-28
If you get a DistroDataOutdated exception or similar error, you have old data.
If you see 'quantal', we're happy.

Works for me. A number of things like pbuilder-dist are totally broken without this fix not that precise has released, so I would recommend waving the age requirement and promoting to -proposed.
