Flash a device. Try `riff --help' for more information.

Jerry, please look at http://igloocommunity.org/support/Board_versions_and_markings. There you will be able to determine what version of the board that you have and what startupfiles and releases that are compatible.

Was it a long time since you bought the board? I am suspecting that you have a V4 board and if that is the case it is no longer supported by the latest releases.

Hi Jerry,

Error message indicates wrong riff-configpack being used.
Could you please provide output from command:
dpkg -l | grep riff

Also attach verbose riff log:
sudo riff -v -m erase

Hi,

V10 is supported from riff-configpack 0.4.3 and onwards.
There is also a newer version of riff-loadercomm available (stability fixes)

Version > 0.4.2 are available from igloo repository.

Since it looks like you have some problems connecting to igloo repositories you can try to download the packages manually.
http://igloocommunity.org/download/dists/tools/non-free/<64 or 32 bit>

Please let me know if the update solves your problem.

Hi Jerry,

I am not sure I understand your question.

- Go to http://igloocommunity.org/download/dists/tools/non-free/
- Choose subfolder based on your Ubuntu version (64bit or 32 bit)
- Download riff-configpack_0.4.4-1_all.deb and riff-loadercomm-0.4.3_<i386 or x64>.deb
- Install packages by double clicking them or using command "dpkg -i <packagename>"
