Bug Description
This is on Precise
The unity icons on the left and top of the screen have disappeared.
If I move a mouse over where an icon used to me, I can click on it, and the correct action happens.
For example, move to the top right and click the mouse, the shutdown/logout menu appears.
Same for the large icons down the left hand side.
This happened after watching a video, but it does not seem to be easily reproduced.
When the problem occurs, there is no segfault or anything new in /var/crash.
