Bug Description

Quicklists become transparent after changing panel opacity.
How to reproduce the bug:
1. Goto CompizConfig Settings Manager (Download it if you dont have it)
2.Click on Ubuntu Unity Plugin under desktop settings.
3. Click experimental tab.
4. Change the panel opacity to something like 0.2
5. Notice how the color of the quicklists changes from black to transparent.

How it should have been:
The quicklist color should have remained black even after changing the panel opacity.

Panel opacity is affecting quicklist opacity on my 12.04 64bit system too. My quicklist items are downright un-readable (see my screenshot). My panel opacity is set to 0.1, launcher opacity to 0.45, and "Panel Opacity for Maximized Windows Toggle" is checked to be active. I have no background color set in CCSM, and I have a black and white photograph as my wallpaper. Seems like a usability issue that might warrant more than "low" importance.
