Bug Description
Screen is reasonably close, needs a few things:
1) Has the wrong thing in the Page Title slot. Should be "Manage Members".
2) Wiki has the submenu now for changing between Front Page, Wiki Index, and Trash. We need the same thing here:
View | Manage Members | Add Existing | Invite New
3) The "Members" menu item in the section menu doesn't have a triangle.
4) The form is moved to the right, perhaps too much margin-left?

1-3 done. For 2 I just used the actions menu already in place on the show members view, rather than duplicate the wiki thing.
Assigning to Blaise for 4).
Not entirely sure what "tab-boxification" means for 5) but I'm guessing it has to do with the autocomplete which may be more of a Balasz thing.
