Visiting the "Tags" link in the dropdown while on Blog gives not found

In UX2:

1) Go to a community

2) Click Blog (or any other tool)

3) Click the gear for the dropdown and click Tags

You get a not found because the URL has "/blog/tagcloud.html"

http://localhost:6543/pg/communities/samplec09091-what-down-beau-march-france/blog/tagcloud.html
