Bug Description

IM using an Acer Aspire 7730z with Windows 7 Ultimate, Intel dual Pentium T3400 @ 2.16 GHz 2.17 GHz, 1.5 GB ram, VMS4 for audio, Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Im having issues with the sliders. If i move any sliders quickly then Mixxx does not register there movement but if i move them slowly then Mixxx will...

Just kinda makes it hard when u want to drop the volume quickly or change the Pitch.

This is due to the use of soft-takeover on all of the VMS4's absolute physical controls. It has problems at the edges especially and I need to take a closer look at it.

Fixed in r2818 of the features_controllerAbstraction branch. (To be available in v1.11.0) The improvements now allow it to work on the cross-fader too!

I believe it's fixed in the CA branch which will merge to trunk soon.

Yes, it's fixed in the branch and it works beautifully, and for all controllers, not just the VMS4. Also Albert, you'll be pleased to know that multiple XML options are alive and well in features_CA. In fact the VMS4 mapping uses the feature on the cross-fader.
