--enable-sasl does not work

Bug Description
There seems to be a problem in m4/ax_sasl.m4:
It sets ac_enable_sasl="no" is --enable-sasl is used during './configure ...'.
I'm not an m4/autoconf expert but I think the attached patch does what really should be done.

Only issue now is that if you don't have sasl installed the build fails.
