Please sync sound-theme-freedesktop 0.7.pristine-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Mark the package Multi-Arch: foreign, so that it satisfies the dependency
    of a foreign-arch libcanberra.
  * Suggest new kde-runtime package instead of kdebase-runtime (LP: #824572)
  * New upstream release.
  * Switch to debian 3.0 format:
    - Drop README.source as it's unnecessary now.
    - Remove get-orig-source target in debian/rules.
  * Switch to debhelper 7.
  * Update debian/copyright.
  * Bump Standards.
  * debian/rules: Update get-orig-source target, simply runs uscan with
    --repack --rename args.
  * Install NEWS file as upstream's changelog, ChangeLog is empty.
  * Initial release (LP: #281044)

The Debian GNOME team has taken over active maintainership of this package
and have renamed the package to match the Ubuntu (& upstream) naming. All
of the Ubuntu changes have been applied to the Debian packaging.

  * Rename the package to sound-theme-freedesktop and use the complete
    upstream tarball, the removed files looks DFSG after all.

    - Do not install Makefile in the package (Closes: #562661)
  * Bump debhelper compatibility to 8
  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format
  * Drop debian/freedesktop-sound-theme.install, not needed anymore
  * debian/patches/Add_CREDITS_file.patch: Add missing upstream CREDITS file
  * debian/copyright: Updated and switch to dep5
  * debian/watch: Update file and mangle version
