Gridbox triangle for sorting

The SlickGrid in the gridbox panel needs a triangle for sorting. Whether this is an image from Twitter Bootstrap or an HTML entity (▾), doesn't matter to me.

Also, if you want to re-assign this to Blaise, that's alright by me.

Still need to fix Safari which gives a JS error.
