Bug Description

Besides from /etc/fetch-crl.conf there appears to be a /etc/fetch-crl.d directory, which is empty by default. The manpage does not mention how this directory is used, though an strace reveals that fetch-crl.d indead is read. It would be useful to mention this in the manpage. Is this meant for packages to be able to install with fetch-crl configuration options, perhaps to allow for multiple certificate directories fetch-crl can work on?
