Bug Description
In Bug #969444 I noticed that devede uses the following commandline to encode video data:
/usr/bin/ffmpeg -i .../infile.avi -y -target ntsc-dvd -sn -g 12 -ac 6 -s 720x480 -trellis 1 -mbd 2 -b 4346000 -ab 384000 -aspect 4:3 .../outfile.mpg
It needs to be ported to use avconv, because that compatibility binary will disappear in Libav 0.9. Note that the syntax on the commandline has slightly changed.
